Expert Garage Door Repair & Installation

Matt is not only a top notch garage door expert providing a great service, he's also a great man, I'm deeply grateful for his service. Last night I was locked outside my house at night 8:30pm after going out for a run. I entered the key code but the garage door got stuck after opening just an inch or two. All my other doors and windows were closed, and I didn't have my family around. Desperately I found Matt's number (my AI app got it for me), and Matt arrived at my house within 30 minutes with his son. He diagnosed the problem but would need to get in to fix it. With no other way in, he advised me to call a locksmith. He noticed I was very cold (only wearing my running shorts and t-shirt), he lent his jacket to me. And, he would not leave me alone cold at night waiting for the locksmith and insisted staying with me and ensure I'm safe. After the locksmith came to opened the door, he went in and fix the garage door opener, and his diagnosis was exactly accurate. After fixing everything and lubricating all the hinges and showed me tips of maintenance. His son, a decent young man was helping as well. After everything was done, I was asking to pay him, but he declined to accept my payment mentioning I had already paid quite much to the locksmith and didn't want me to go broke. The locksmith only spent 10 minutes and he stayed 1.5 hours with me and keeping me safe, warm and calm. I really can't say enough how grateful I was. Matt is not only a great craftsman with a great service, he's a kind man and real role model to his children as well. God bless him and his beautiful wife and 9 children. Thank you so much Matt!!
